Little wait for initial on-site visit; Dawson Millsaps (the principal) arrived on-time, demonstrated clear understanding of the issues (including some unusual physical conditions and anomalies); he offered good advice and recommendations when asked (comfortable with a collaborative approach); demonstrated experience and knowledge of the materials, needs and solutions; proposed a reasonable schedule for a fair and competitive price. Beat the initial schedule, made modifications while work was underway, communicated clearly throughout. Materials were appropriate and as proposed; quality of workmanship was at least as high as the job required.Highly professional and competent throughout. Only regret is I don’t have more projects to offer. I would be eager to do more work with him.
Millsaps Fabrication LLC customer reviews
We had some welding done by Millsaps Fabrication and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Amazing craftsmanship! Great work and even better people. Everyone we dealt with was honest, kind, and great to work with. Definitely recommend them!
I am happy I chose Millsaps Fabrication for a residential installation of wrought iron fencing and gates, with added customizations. Dawson and his team were friendly and professional. The final installation was exactly what I wanted and provides security, while at the same time, adds appeal to my property.
We’re very happy with the horse stalls Millsaps Fabrication built for us. The work turned out great, and the quality is exactly what we were looking for. They did a great job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Millsaps Fabrication!

Very skilled and respectful gentleman, left me a beautiful custom sliding gate. Couldn’t be happier with his work. Prices were very fair for the quality work. One of the most knowledgeable and professional business owners I have ever done business with!
Incredibly professional. Great communication. Finished product was amazing. Gate turned out better than expected. Definitely would use them again for future projects.
If it was possible to give Dawson & Millsaps Fabrication 10 stars I would. They installed beautiful entry gates with automatic openers at my home that look amazing and work perfectly! Dawson is one of the most reliable, ethical, and honest guys you will ever meet. They always arrived on time (usually early) and worked incredibly hard each day until the project was completed. Dawson's work ethic and level of skill when it comes to metal fabrication and design is unmatched. I highly recommend using Dawson and his team for any metal fabrication/design projects that you need done. You will not regret it!!
I had a great experience with Millsaps Fabrication. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was done professionally, and they paid close attention to the details. Communication was great, the work was completed as expected, and the finished product turned out better than I hoped. I’d definitely recommend Millsaps Fabrication to anyone looking for quality fabrication work.
Got some gate work done on the side of my garage. Good priced, works, and looks great.
I’ve been referring clients to Millsaps Fabrication for iron gate and motorized gate repairs, and they’ve been great to work with. They’ve helped repair iron gates and have fixed or replaced motorized gates for several of my clients. Everyone I’ve sent their way has been happy with the quality of the work and the service they received. It’s important for me to have a reliable local company I can confidently recommend to my own customers, and Millsaps Fabrication has earned that trust. I’ll definitely continue referring clients to them.
Exceptional craftsman! Has done a few things for us and comes out amazing every time.
Great attention to detail, hard working, and dependable! Give this guy an opportunity to accomplish your fabricating needs
Dawson and team created an exceptionally beautiful railing leading up to our greenhouse! Dawson listened to our ideas and turned the railing into reality with thoughtful, creative and truly skilled work. He made sure it meets code and blends in with and complements our yard. In fact, this railing enhances the space! Along with his great work ethic and excellent communication, it was fun to see his work as he measured, cut, welded, anchored, painted and tidied up afterwards. In summary, we are very happy!
Dawson did a small repair on a trailer for us when we were in a pinch. It wasn’t really what he advertises to do but he was such a flexible and skilled guy, he made it work!
