Little wait for initial on-site visit; Dawson Millsaps (the principal) arrived on-time, demonstrated clear understanding of the issues (including some unusual physical conditions and anomalies); he offered good advice and recommendations when asked (comfortable with a collaborative approach); demonstrated experience and knowledge of the materials, needs and solutions; proposed a reasonable schedule for a fair and competitive price. Beat the initial schedule, made modifications while work was underway, communicated clearly throughout. Materials were appropriate and as proposed; quality of workmanship was at least as high as the job required.Highly professional and competent throughout. Only regret is I don’t have more projects to offer. I would be eager to do more work with him.

Dawson and team created an exceptionally beautiful railing leading up to our greenhouse! Dawson listened to our ideas and turned the railing into reality with thoughtful, creative and truly skilled work. He made sure it meets code and blends in with and complements our yard. In fact, this railing enhances the space! Along with his great work ethic and excellent communication, it was fun to see his work as he measured, cut, welded, anchored, painted and tidied up afterwards. In summary, we are very happy!
